Good Photography starts with a story
I’ve been photographing and producing shoots for the last 13 years and every shoot always starts with a story. Whether you are photographing a farm, an organic dairy farmer and his cheese or a beautiful fruit orchard in Niagara, there is always more than just images being captured.
Why it matters
Documentary photography and photography that focuses on our agricultural systems is important in telling the stories behind the food we eat. I have loved the opportunity to capture some of the US and Canada’s hard working men and women who get up everyday to bring these harvests to fruition.
